1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom-stitched products
- Accessories (jewelry, bags, scarves)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
3. Wrong or Defective Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Photo or video proof must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued when:
- The product is unavailable
- A valid return request is approved
Refund Methods: Bank Transfer, Mobile Wallet (bKash/Nagad), Original Payment Method, or Store Credit.
Processing time: 7–10 working days
5. Return Shipping Cost
