2. Products & Descriptions

A. We aim to display accurate product details, including fabric, design, and color.
B. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions or device screens.
C. Handmade and block-printed items may have minor variations, which reflect authentic craftsmanship.
D. Product availability, prices, and specifications may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

A. All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
B. We accept secure payments through:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• SSLCommerz (Visa/Mastercard/Amex)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) where available

C. For COD orders, full payment must be made at the time of delivery.
D. We are not responsible for errors or delays from third-party payment gateways.

4. Orders & Confirmation

A. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
B. Orders may be cancelled due to:

i. Stock unavailability
ii. Pricing or system errors
iii. Fraudulent activity

C. Customers receive order confirmation via SMS, call, email, or website notification.

5. Shipping & Delivery

A. We deliver all across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
B. Standard delivery timeline: 1–7 working days, depends upon locations.
C. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, strikes, or courier issues.
D. Charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

A. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items.
B. Items must include original packaging and tags.
C. The following items are non-returnable:

• Sale or discounted items
• Custom-stitched items
• Accessories and jewelry
• If an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, we will replace it at no cost.
• Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or store credit.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was delivered incorrectly.

7. Cancellation Policy

A. Customers may cancel orders before dispatch by contacting customer service.
B. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
C. For prepaid order cancellations, refunds follow our refund policy.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission
• Upload malicious software (virus/malware)
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or misuse the website
Violations may result in account suspension and legal action under the Digital Security Act 2018 (Bangladesh).

• Courier delays
• Slight color or texture differences
