3. Shipping Charges

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Repeated COD refusal may limit account access
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking ID and link once the package is shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged, we will investigate with the courier and issue a replacement or refund.
